Welcome to TenTags. By accessing or using our website, tools, or services at tentags.org, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. User Accounts

To upload CSV layout templates and post reviews on the site, you must log in using Google or GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account. We reserve the right to delete accounts that violate security practices or post malicious assets.

2. Permitted Use & Upload Rules

Users may share CSV style layout and CSV data configurations with the community. By uploading a file, you agree that:

  • The content does not contain viruses, malware, or executable script injections.
  • The content is related to spread sheets formatting, dataset design, or developer helper configurations.
  • Your uploads are within the allowed file size limit (100KB per file).
  • You will not upload copyrighted materials without appropriate permission.

3. Community Content Disclaimer

Shared templates on this site are contributed by community users. TenTags does not verify the absolute accuracy or safety of third-party templates. Users download community-shared assets at their own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

TenTags is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of the use, download, or inability to use our tools or resources.

5. Billing, Subscriptions & Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

All paid subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings or the Paddle Customer Portal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of transaction date by contacting our support team or Paddle customer care.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated modification date.
