Last updated: July 21, 2026
At TenTags, accessible from tentags.org, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by TenTags and how we use it.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Authentication Data: When you sign in using Google or GitHub OAuth, we collect your name, email address, profile picture URL, and unique OAuth identifier to create your user profile.
- Submitted Content: We store templates, reviews, and feedback comments you actively publish on our platform.
- Logs: Standard server logs containing IP addresses, browser types, and access timestamps are kept briefly to diagnose server errors and prevent security violations.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for purposes including:
- Providing, operating, and maintaining our website interface.
- Allowing you to publish, manage, and edit your custom template layout assets.
- Displaying review feedback you leave to help improve the site.
- Protecting our site from spam, XSS injections, and malicious file uploads.
3. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. Specifically, we set a secure `session_token` cookie when you complete authentication, which is verified server-side. No advertising or user-tracking third-party cookies are used.
4. Data Storage and Deletion
All user profiles, reviews, and template layout records are securely stored inside an SQLite database on our private VPS server. Users have the right to delete their accounts and all associated data at any time via the **Danger Zone** in their personal profile page.
